I led the move from Vue 2 to Vue 3, Nuxt 3, and Vite, which cut the bundle by 28% and brought First Contentful Paint below 1.2 seconds. I also shipped referral and rewards frontends, managed the Contentful blog, and maintained the legacy Dealspotr and Knoji products. For A/B tests, I worked on SSR infrastructure that accounted for Redis caching; when one documented test showed the control significantly outperforming the redesign, we kept the control.

I grew BitPatagonia's frontend function from one developer to a team of five while we delivered a multilingual logistics PWA. I was the sole frontend developer on Digital House's Laravel-based content platform, which integrated external systems through an internal REST API. I built its branded interface in Blade and SCSS, then moved the templates incrementally into Blade components and Vue components as the product changed. To address security and speed concerns, the team split the CMS into a Vue and Node service with its own ORM while Laravel continued to consume its APIs. I contributed to that CMS boundary and later moved the frontend to Nuxt and TailwindCSS. Along the way, I designed new components in Adobe XD and taught Vue to the team so they could maintain the new implementation.
